Hilton hotel and Spa resort Flic en Flac, Mauritius, Copper and Fiber optics network successfully commissioned by Electrum Mauritius Ltd and partner Leal Communications & Informatics Ltd.

Together with its partner Leal Communications & Informatics Ltd, Electrum Mauritius Ltd commissioned the Hilton hotel fiber optics backbone, and CAT 6 data cabling for the hotel rooms, sales department, public areas etc.

Investment on the training of our staff so as to update them with the latest telecommunication technologies, industrial applications and best practices is among our top priorities.

Electrum Mauritius Limited’s technical staffs have undergone training by a certified trainer. The training further empowered them to develop the necessary skills required to design install and maintain fibre optic networks and customer premises equipments.

It is to be noted that the training program combined both theory and practical exercise with hands-on activities.

Electrum Mauritius Limited (EML) Fiber Optics Technicians gets training from Central Electricity Board (CEB)

EML technicians attended the Safety Training Course conducted by the Central Electricity Board related to the installation of communication cables in the vicinity of CEB networks. This course helped our employees have a better understanding among others of the CEB network, avoiding dangers and ergonomics whilst working on CEB poles, clearance to be observed and proper use of PPE, rescue operations and communication process with the CEB.
