Electrum has deployed, supplied, installed and commissioned the first FTTX network in Mauritius in 2011.

Through strategic manufacturing and supply capabilities, Electrum has provided telecom network components and solutions to customers across the Indian Ocean, Africa, and Latin America. Our strong partnerships and logistics coordination enable us to support projects across multiple regions.

From premium office buildings to hospitality resorts and freeport zones, Electrum has implemented modern data and fiber networks, telephony systems and networking to enable fast, reliable, and secure communications. Our work supports connectivity across business parks, malls, industrial estates, tech campuses and the first tier-4 data center in Mauritius.

Electrum has enabled equipment manufacturers and telecom operators to expand their network reach through large-scale rollouts of FTTH, 5G, LTE, and DWDM technologies. We’ve delivered more than +170,000 last-mile connections and thousands of equipment installations—across rooftops, towers, and mission-critical locations.

We design and deliver integrated SCADA systems, structured cabling, solar controls, and secure monitoring infrastructure for energy utilities and PV farms. We have also supported the implementation of resilient smart systems for the largest national surveillance projects on the island.
